Water Colors — Exhibition at Galerie Onder de Linde in Tholen
This summer, a selection of my paintings is on view at Galerie Onder de Linde in Tholen.
The exhibition brings together works from my Water Colors collection: vibrant, layered paintings in which birds, water, color and light meet. The works invite you to pause, feel and experience what opens up beyond the visible.

A LITERARY AWARD FOR VERRAAD MIJ NIET
What wonderful news! Verraad Mij Niet, written by Melinda Braaksma and illustrated by me, received three nominations and won a Jury Top 3 award for Best Book at the Literaire Parel 2025/2026.

EXHIBITION
Illustrator Cecile Reijnders maakte de tekeningen bij de jeugdroman Verraad Mij Niet – Het geheim van Amsterdam, een historisch fictieverhaal over de Tweede Wereldoorlog, geschreven door Melinda Braaksma. In het boek gaat Melinda Braaksma op zoek naar het antwoord op de vraag ‘Wat zou jij doen?’. Braaksma verwerkte de vele jeugdherinneringen van haar vader Henk Braaksma in een fictief verhaal over onschuld, hoop en vriendschap tegen de historische achtergrond van Amsterdam in de Tweede Wereldoorlog.
De prachtige tekeningen in het boek zijn van illustrator Cecile Reijnders. Ze zijn tot en met 5 mei te zien op de tentoonstellingswand op de 2e etage. Op 5 mei leest Melinda Braaksma ook voor uit haar boek bij de tentoonstellingswand.
De expositie is te bekijken vanaf 28 april t/m 5 mei.
De expositie is gratis te bezoeken.
