‘Draw Your Power’ is a concept I created to help people reconnect with their creative energy. It’s about discovering your inner strength through color, intuition and expression. This art workshop is where creativity, healing and empowerment meet. A vibrant space that reflects my work as an artist and energy healer in Vleuten – Utrecht.

With the nationwide success of the book “Verraad mij niet – The Secret of Amsterdam”, my illustrations have reached readers all over the Netherlands. The collaboration with author Melinda Braaksma has been a truly inspiring partnership — a meeting of words and images that brought this story to life in a powerful way.

The year has flown by. Around this time last year, I was working daily as the book illustrator for Verraad mij niet, The Secret of Amsterdam, written by Melinda Braaksma.

The cover illustration of Verraad mij Niet (Melinda Braaksma) immediately sets the tone: a dramatic scene in shades of grey, with a child hiding and a bright yellow Star of David catching the eye. It belongs to the collection of illustrations I created for this story.

This past summer (2024), I relocated my artist studio back home in Vleuten – Utrecht.

I’m truly honoured to be featured as an artist on the website of The Dutch Art Box!My artist statement and this colourful photo are being proudly highlighted there.

This past autumn, I exhibited my collection at Gerda Glerum’s Galerie Onder de Linden in Tholen.
